🚚 Shipping Rates

• Flat Rate Shipping: $7 across New Zealand
• Free Shipping: On orders over $200

Please note: Free shipping does not apply to bulky items such as trampolines and other oversized products.

📦 Bulky & Oversized Items

Some larger items require special handling due to their size and weight. These products will incur a separate shipping fee, which will be calculated at checkout.

Examples include (but are not limited to):

• Trampolines
• Large furniture items
• Oversized play equipment

⏱ Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

• North Island: 2–4 business days
• South Island: 3–6 business days

Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.

• Orders are processed quickly after payment is received
• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email
