Sorry, we use Australia Post for our shipping and they are unable to call to arrange delivery or on arrival.
Little Nation has a flat rate shipping cost of $9.90 for all orders with the exception of NT and country WA. There may be a surcharge on some bulkier items being delivered to these areas. Trampolines also have a surcharge on shipping to all areas due to the size and weight of the item.
We use Australia Post to deliver all items under 22kg. For larger bulkier items including trampoline we use Toll.
You can make an arrangement with the courier to just drop-off the order if no one is around to receive the package.
Orders that contain multiple boxes will often get separated in the post. Please let us know if they are not with you in 5 working days and we can make a case.
Sorry we are unable to put orders on hold. Best to order asap to lock the order in at the current price and secure the product while stocks last.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to schedule a specific date or time for a delivery.
Our couriers usually deliver orders between 9am and 5pm, from Monday to Friday, they don’t normally operate over the weekend or on Public Holidays.
For some items, however, you will receive an email from our courier when the item leaves the warehouse that lets you manage your deliveries and make last-minute changes.
Some smaller parcels will be delivered to your address without a signature and will be left in a safe place, but others may be directed to your local post office for collection if you’re not available to sign for a package.
If you will not be available to sign for a larger delivery, you may leave a written ‘Authority To Leave’ for the driver, granting permission for the goods to be left without a signature if no one is home to receive it. Please bear in mind, however, that providing Authority To Leave will waive any delivery protection and you would need to follow up directly with the courier for assistance if anything were to happen to the unattended package.
Please also note that failure to collect your package from the courier may result in the item being returned to us, which can incur a re-delivery or re-stocking fee.
Wherever possible, we suggest using an address where someone will be present to sign for a delivery, such as your place or work or a friend or family member’s home.
If no one is around to receive the order it will be sent back to the nearest local post office for pick- up. If the item is over 22kg, it will be returned to the TOLL holding yard where you can call and arrange pick up. A missed delivery note will be left in your letter box.

Your delivery charges can be calculated on our website by simply clicking the “Add to Cart” button on the product you would like to purchase and selecting the postcode in our shopping cart.
All orders except orders with items considered as bulky will cost $9.90 for delivery. For trampolines and other bulky items, please find shipping cost by starting the checkout procedure.

We offer delivery by Australia Post only (or couriers in case of bigger/bulkier products).
Little Nation headquarters and our warehouse locations are not set up to receive customers.
We ask our members to please allow 2 – 3 days after dispatch for delivery (please note delivery times may take longer depending on what state you live in and also due to any postal delays), although we will certainly be doing our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
You can send an order to an address that differs from your billing address.
When you place your order just be sure to change the shipping address to where you would like it to be delivered. Invoices are not included in your dispatched parcel – these are emailed to the account holder so the person who is receiving the order won’t see a thing.
Little Nation ships all new products out of Sydney.
Yes we are shipping as normal during these uncertain times. We do not expect any delays as essential services such as couriers have not been affected by the shut down. We expect to ship all orders same day or next day. We are doing everything to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.

To expedite delivery times when going through a high volume period. Australia Post will send items straight to the destination and items will not receive scans in Sydney. This makes it look like the item has not yet been shipped by Little Nation but we assure you that the item is on its way.
